What are we looking for in your business?

Private or unlisted companies

Our preference is to invest in businesses that would consider listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in the next 12-24 months as our investors are mostly Australian high net worth investors, family offices or institutions who feel most comfortable with a liquidity event from a local or major bourse listing such as the Nasdaq.

We will also consider your business if we think it appeals to our investor base. For example, if your company has an Australian presence or sells recognisable products.

Listed companies

If you’re already a listed company, we also look for a strong or tightly held share register. This may include well regarded or strategic investors, and management is strongly aligned with shareholders.
