Painchek Limited

Medtech Micro Cap Snapshot

PainChek Limited (ASX: PCK) is an Australian medical technology company that has developed an AI-enabled pain assessment platform designed to help identify pain in people who cannot reliably communicate, particularly those living with dementia. PainChek is already embedded across ~ 2,000 care organisations globally, with over 20 million pain assessments completed across aged care and other healthcare settings.

Since FDA De Novo clearance for PainChek Adult in October 2025, PCK has begun its US rollout through direct sales, integration partners, and Sabra’s (NASDAQ: SBRA) owner-funded model.

With a leadership reset, proven recurring revenue model and growing international adoption, Lynx Advisors views PainChek as an attractive medtech investment opportunity as it enters its next phase of global commercial growth.

Memphasys Limited

Medtech Micro Cap Snapshot

Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) is an Australian reproductive medtech company commercialising Felix™, a patented automated sperm separation system for IVF clinics. Co-developed with Professor John Aitken, a world-renowned
reproductive biology expert,  Felix™ addresses an under-standardised step in IVF through a scalable razor-and-blades model targeting approximately 5,000 clinics globally.

Memphasys has moved from regulatory validation into commercial execution, with market access across Australia, Europe, the UK and parts of Asia. The company secured more than A$3m in minimum contracted revenue during FY26, with subsequent agreements taking the cumulative contracted position above A$4.6m, excluding the confidential Monash IVF agreement. In our view, the investment opportunity now centres on converting this expanding commercial footprint into recognised revenue, repeat cartridge sales and increasing clinic utilisation.

Swift TV Ltd

ASX Micro Cap Snapshot

Swift TV Limited (ASX: STV) is an Australian enterprise technology company transitioning from project-based infrastructure and third-party pay-TV resale into a proprietary, hardware-enabled SaaS platform. Designed for aged care, workforce accommodation and hospitality, Swift TV turns existing televisions into secure hubs for streaming, communications, emergency alerts and personalised engagement.

Following several years of development, Swift TV has entered commercial rollout with Google certification and final Netflix approval secured. Commercial validation includes Chevron, Opal HealthCare and new hospitality customers. The investment opportunity now centres on revenue quality and scale as Swift replaces lumpy legacy revenue with contracted recurring subscriptions targeting gross margins of approximately 75%. In our view, successful execution could generate meaningful operating leverage and support a re-rating from STV’s approximately A$10m market capitalisation.

Bolstered by a strong pipeline of new products and diverse growth prospects, Lynx Advisors views CBL as an attractive investment opportunity.
